Wellness can be defined as a series of healthy practices on a daily basis in order to attain improved physical and mental health results, allowing you to thrive peacefully in today's fast-paced world. At Aham Brahmasmi, we believe that there are four aspects of well-being that shape and create a distinct personality for each individual.

Spiritual wellness is the force that motivates us to make sacrifices for others and the common good. It could stem from religious faith, heritage, shared experience, role model influence, or other sources of inspiration.

Emotional wellness is the ability to become aware of and accept one's own feelings and moods. It includes developing strategies to promote positive thinking and self-acceptance.

Physical well-being involves discovering more about your lifestyle and how food, nutrition, and physical activity may all work together to improve it.

Social wellness involves understanding how your actions affect your community, society, and the planet at large. At Aham Brahmasmi, we believe that social wellness most accurately reflects us because it expands on the concept of "Aham Brahmasmi," which can be translated as "I am absolute" or "My identity is cosmic," implying that our actions affect beyond just us but also the environment around us.
